Service Description
Enjoy the pleasure of a special tour enriched by the presence of one of our experts, who will lead a focused masterclass on winemaking and wine tasting. It’s an experience that opens the craft from within and gives your team a shared moment of discovery that feels both surprising and genuinely enriching. The day concludes with a meal where the group will have the chance to enjoy dishes created especially for the occasion. A private minibus will collect everyone from your workplace and return you afterwards. Each participant will receive a specially selected gift. With a minimum of eight people and a maximum of twenty, the experience remains intimate, memorable, and perfectly tuned to strengthen team spirit.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Amendments - Only one amendment is permitted per booking. - Assignation of a new booking date and time is subject to availability, and will be agreed with the customer. - Amendments requested more than 15 days before the scheduled start time will be charged an administrative fee of €15. - Amendments requested between 15 days and 5 days before the scheduled start time will have an administrative fee of €25. Cancellations - Cancellations requested more than 15 days before the scheduled start time will receive a refund of 70% of the amount paid, minus an administrative fee of €15. - Cancellations requested between 15 days and 5 days before the scheduled start time will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid, minus an administrative fee of €15. Cancellations by The Old Roots In the event that we must cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements or any other reason, visitors will be offered: - An alternative date and time, or - A refund under the same payment method used for the original booking. No administrative fee will apply in these cases.
